Systems Engineer

An employer is looking for a Systems Engineer supporting MBSE and requirements development using tools such as DOORS and Cameo, with responsibilities across the systems “V” lifecycle. This role requires strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to develop key SE artifacts (e.g., ICDs, specifications, and architecture descriptions) while working in a team-oriented, secure environment.

• Active Secret Clearance
• STEM Degree
• Experience authoring and decomposing requirements (preferably in DOORS)

Nice to Have:

• DevOps experience
• CAMEO experience
• MBSE experience

Duration: 6-month contract to hire (Must convert to perm at 6 months)

Openings: Level 2 and Level 3, will consider Level 4 as well

Conversion Salaries: Level 2 - Converts at Max $130k; Level 3 - Converts at Max $150k

Pay rate on contract can be higher than the max conversion salary if necessary (Based on LOE)
