Regional Director Data Centers - Power Stability & Electrical Systems in , United States

This role will lead commercial strategy for power stability solutions across North America, with a strong emphasis on data center markets and customer portfolios. The position is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening executive-level customer relationships, and translating market insight into actionable sales opportunities. It also requires close collaboration with internal leadership to support pricing, forecasting, and contract execution., Accountable for meeting or exceeding established operational plans

Lead and execute commercial strategy for stability solutions in North America

Forecast orders accurately and manage them in Salesforce.com

Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships with key decision makers

Identify and create new sales opportunities while supporting existing customers

Negotiate contracts and manage pricing approvals

Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

10+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, or Technical Engineering

Familiarity with data center markets and portfolios
