Job description
Nous recherchons un Technicien Support Mixte (Proximité et Helpdesk) (H/F) pour accompagner un de nos clients.Vos missions:
- Assurer l’accueil et l’assistance de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs.
- Prendre en charge les sollicitations quotidiennes.
- Traiter les incidents et demandes utilisateurs.
- Assurer certaines activités de back-office associées au support
- Participer à la gestion et au suivi des demandes dans GLPI.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration et à la mise à jour de la documentation existante.
- Participer à la rédaction et à la formalisation des procédures d’exploitation.
Requirements
Technicien support informatique expérimenté, avec une solide expertise en support de proximité et Helpdesk. Habitué à la gestion et au suivi des incidents ainsi qu’à l’administration et la gestion de parc informatique.
