Network & Systems Administrator

• Administer and support Windows-based server environments, ensuring stable performance, availability, and timely issue resolution.

• Manage identity and access services through Active Directory and Entra, including user administration, permissions, and policy enforcement.

• Provide support for endpoint management tools such as Intune to maintain device compliance, configuration, and deployment standards.

• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and assist with SharePoint organization, maintenance, and content cleanup efforts.

• Troubleshoot and support core network components, helping maintain connectivity, performance, and dependable daily operations.

• Deliver desktop and user support for Windows 10 environments, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.

• Maintain and support infrastructure involving Dell technologies and Citrix platforms where needed across the environment.

• Contribute to cybersecurity implementation efforts by assisting with compliance measures, security controls, and operational best practices. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or a closely related infrastructure support role.

• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10 environments.

• Working knowledge of Intune and Entra for device management, identity administration, and policy management.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including administrative tasks related to collaboration and productivity platforms.

• Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts and the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity and performance issues.

• Exposure to Dell technologies and Citrix environments within enterprise IT operations.
