IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join a global analytics organization. This individual will oversee a portfolio of complex technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across projects, resources, budgets, timelines, and business objectives., The ideal candidate is a highly proactive program leader who can manage interdependent projects while maintaining visibility into enterprise-level risks, release schedules, resource constraints, and value delivery. This role requires strong executive communication skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams., * Define and maintain an integrated roadmap across multiple technology initiatives and business priorities

• Establish and manage dependency mapping across systems, teams, vendors, and release schedules
• Create and maintain consolidated program and release plans to ensure alignment across all projects
• Track cross-project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities
• Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts before they impact project timelines
• Partner with xrbllit business and technology stakeholders to prioritize phased delivery plans tied to business value realization
• Maintain and manage enterprise-level risk and issue logs, including escalation management and mitigation planning
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures across multiple initiatives
• Ensure scope, funding, and resource allocations remain aligned throughout project execution
• Drive change control processes, including scope management, re-baselining efforts, and impact assessments
• Provide executive-level program status updates, dashboards, and communications
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and accountability to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress between status meetings and proactively address roadblocks, risks, and dependencies
• Continuously assess portfolio health and recommend improvements to delivery processes and governance practices

• 10+ years of experience leading IT projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and complex program interdependencies
• Strong background in integrated roadmap planning and cross-functional program coordination
• Experience developing and managing enterprise-level project schedules, milestones, and release plans
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and tracking budget versus actual spend
• Proven success resolving resource conflicts and balancing competing priorities across initiatives
• Strong experience with executive-level reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work independently, proactively drive action items, and maintain project momentum between status meetings
• Experience utilizing project management tools to track deliverables, dependencies, and overall program health
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and evolving project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives
• Background working within global organizations or highly matrixed environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
