As a key strategic partner to executive, product, and commercial leaders, you will lead the Voice of Customer program to uncover behavioral insights, optimize digital trust, and drive measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities:Integrate Voice of Customer insights with behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and operational data to establish a comprehensive digital experience framework.Diagnose systemic adoption and trust barriers across digital touchpoints to improve user retention, service demand, and channel growth.Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate research findings into actionable go-to-market priorities and product optimizations.Facilitate cross-functional strategy
