ole summary: Build scalable data services and integrations around Snowflake using Python and AWS., * Design/build Python services and data apps integrating with Snowflake (connectors, stored procs, UDFs).
- Use AWS Lambda, Glue, SQS (and optionally Step Functions) to deliver resilient pipelines & event flows.
- Partner with product/analytics to translate requirements into reliable solutions; maintain code quality via reviews/tests.
- Implement best practices (IaC, CI/CD, observability); author technical docs.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues; drive root-cause fixes.
Requirements
- 7+ yrs software/data engineering; strong Python; Snowflake SQL & APIs; AWS serverless (Lambda/Glue/SQS).
- CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), IaC (Terraform/CFN), observability (CloudWatch, logs, tracing).
KPIs
- Pipeline success rate, defect/incident rate & MTTR, throughput/latency SLOs, change failure rate., * Design/build Python services and data apps integrating with Snowflake (connectors, stored procs, UDFs).
- Use AWS Lambda, Glue, SQS (and optionally Step Functions) to deliver resilient pipelines & event flows.
- Partner with product/analytics to translate requirements into reliable solutions; maintain code quality via reviews/tests.
