Job description

Set DevOps roadmap & KPIs; champion collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
Design/manage CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy, security & compliance gates, approvals).
IaC with Terraform/Helm/Kustomize; environment promotion (devstageprod) with GitOps (Argo/Flux).
Implement monitoring/logging/alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/CloudWatch) and SLO/error budgets.
Identify automation opportunities; drive security by design (SAST/DAST/Secrets/SBOM) in pipelines.

Requirements

Strong with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI/Jenkins; Terraform; Kubernetes; secrets & policy-as-code.
Proven stakeholder management and incident leadership.

KPIs

Lead time for change, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR, % pipelines with security gates, infra drift, * Set DevOps roadmap & KPIs; champion collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
