SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Your knowledge and expertise will be used to develop new application UIs; new features for existing UIs to enhance usability and marketability; operations features which improve security, analytics, deployment efficiency and data integrity; and much more. You will interact with marketing, test and regulatory professionals in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment.

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, equivalent
• Clear understanding of OO programming concepts
• Experience with user interface design for software applications
• Familiarity with computer graphics, linear algebra, and image processing and visualization concepts
• Experience with documenting and testing large software applications
• Comfortable with use of git or similar version control
• Openness to exploring and integrating third-party software development kits and libraries
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage uncertainty, push the limits, and think like an owner

Additional desirable skills and experience include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years C++ programming experience
• Experience with Qt/QML, OpenGL and/or other UI/graphics libraries
• Familiar with CT scan images and DICOM protocol standards
• Familiar with machine learning (deep learning/neural networks)
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS) provisioning and access
• Comfortable with Linux and scripting languages (Bash, Python)
• Experience with developing software for medical devices
• Start-up experience
