Job description

• Support data center construction activities, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Assist skilled technicians with pulling, staging, organizing, and labeling low-voltage cabling
• Work closely with supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete daily tasks
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Learn basic data center infrastructure and structured cabling installation practices
• Take direction and participate in hands-on training to develop technical skills

Requirements

• No prior data center or low-voltage experience required
• Interest in building a long-term career in data centers, construction, or the skilled trades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Monrovia, IN
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts on 1st shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
