Hiring for Manual Tester (QA) --- on W2

Analyze business and functional requirements. Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools. Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes. Maintain test documentation and prepare test execution reports. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members. Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and defect-triage meetings. Ensure applications meet quality standards and business requirements. Required Skills

Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies. Understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios. Knowledge of defect life cycle and bug reporting. Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing is an advantage.
