This is a Hybrid opportunity in the South Suburbs of Chicago. They require in office presence Tuesday-Thursday. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or related business technology leadership experience Experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow or similar core insurance platforms Property & Casualty insurance industry experience Strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, claims, or billing operations Experience working within Agile environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlogs Desired Skills & Experience Insurance platform implementation or modernization experience Experience supporting multiple Agile teams Vendor management experience Experience driving digital transformation initiatives Scrum certification or Agile certifications Change management experience What You Will Be Doing Define and communicate product vision and strategic roadmap Manage and prioritize product backlogs for multiple Agile teams
