IT Project Manager

• Manage master schedules, construction schedules, project budgets, and resource plans across multiple projects.
• Partner with Store Construction and Design to review plans and construction documents, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with brand standards and budget.
• Work with Procurement to prepare requests for proposals, respond to bid clarifications, evaluate submissions, compare bids, and recommend vendor awards.
• Develop and present project proposals to the Director of Store Maintenance and executive leadership.
• Coordinate preconstruction calls, project phasing schedules, and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and change orders.
• Review project photos and documentation to monitor construction progress and schedule adherence.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues promptly to leadership and brand contacts.
• Coordinate multiple outside vendors and contractors, driving accountability and quality results.
• Work across multiple brands, considering their distinct strategies and store experience requirements.
• Maintain accurate and reliable project documentation from initiation through closeout.

• Bachelor of Science degree or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail construction or project management, preferably managing multiple external vendors in a multi-brand business.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Autodesk Forma, Procore, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, scheduling, and workload-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to a complex environment, and work effectively with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: PMP certification and experience working with cross-functional teams and corporate senior leadership.
