Job description
The Print Project Manager is responsible for managing print and point-of-purchase (POP) projects from order entry through production and final delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, Sales, Estimating, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and according to customer expectations. This position works between a professional office environment and a manufacturing production facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., * Project Management & Customer Communication

Requirements
- 2+ years of Project Management, Account Management, Customer Service, Production Coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in printing, signage, graphics, packaging, manufacturing, or Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays.
- Experience coordinating production or manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, shipping, and logistics.
- Experience with Enterprise 32 or similar ERP/business management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
