• Make a visible impact: Develop your team and introduce improvements in an entrepreneurial environment, We are seeking a hands-on technology leader with at least 10 years of progressive IT experience and 5 years of Director-level or higher leadership. This role owns the full IT function and combines strategic planning with practical execution. The ideal candidate brings broad technical and business systems experience, a collaborative leadership style, and demonstrated success in a smaller organization where leaders remain actively involved in solving problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the technology roadmap, IT budget, team development, and vendor relationships.
• Lead SAP ERP, Shopify, and related integrations, improving processes across the organization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to connect technology investments to business goals.
• Improve reporting, data access, and governance through Power BI and integrated business systems.
• Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud applications, access controls, technical support, and business continuity.
• Assess the team, systems, and external resources; prioritize improvements and lead implementations, automation, and change.

• Five or more years of Director-level or higher IT leadership, with ownership of teams, budgets, vendors, business applications, and IT operations.
• Strong SAP ERP and Shopify experience, including integration with core operational and financial processes.
• Experience in a small or midsized business, with the ability to apply larger-company discipline without unnecessary complexity.
• A track record of sustained ownership, successful execution, and measurable business improvements.
• Experience supporting consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or a comparable product-based business, including co-manufacturing or outsourced manufacturing relationships.
• Experience with Power BI, systems integration, and cross-functional transformation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, SaaS administration, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and disaster recovery.
• Demonstrated success managing MSPs, implementation partners, software vendors, and contracts.
• A hands-on, resourceful, low-ego leadership style and the ability to explain technical decisions in business terms.

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
