Microsoft Power Platform Instructor (Contract, Remote)

• Power Automate (1 day): flows, triggers, approvals and notifications, connecting Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Forms
• Power BI (2 days): Desktop and Service, Power Query, data modeling, DAX, interactive reports and dashboards
• Data Analytics (1 day): gathering, cleaning and interpreting data in Excel, PivotTables, trends and outliers, visual storytelling with Excel charts and Power Apps

13 courses, about 17 teaching days, on fixed dates over a 12-month period beginning this fall, for classes of 20-25 federal employees across several U.S. time zones. Courses run on Microsoft Teams or a comparable platform. You would also develop the course workbooks and exercises, which must be ready one week before each session., * Independent contractor (1099), paid per teaching day plus a fixed fee for course development

• Fully remote; a producer supports every session with admissions, login help and chat
• Course materials developed for this program are owned by the company
• Contingent on contract award; we are preparing our response now and will ask the selected instructor for a letter of commitment to the schedule

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or PL-300 and PL-900 certified
• At least 2 years delivering instructor-led virtual training
• Experience teaching in government or restricted Microsoft 365 environments
• U.S. citizen, * Instructor-led virtual training: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• MCT credential, or both PL-300 and PL-900 (Required)
