Power Platform Developer - Remote

A client of ours is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support solutions across Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. This role will focus on building scalable business applications, automating business processes, and developing AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, along with the ability to integrate solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.

This is a highly collaborative role working with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

• Build and support workflows using Power Automate
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences
• Design and manage Dataverse data models and security structures
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, APIs, and third-party applications
• Gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications and automations
• Follow best practices related to governance, security, ALM, and deployment processes
• Create technical documentation and support end-user adoption

• 4+ years of Power Platform development experience
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Experience developing solutions within Dataverse
• Experience building and supporting Copilot Studio agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 services
• Experience with SharePoint Online integrations
• Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and environment management
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other source control tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills, * Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, or related)
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
• Experience with AI Builder
• Familiarity with Azure services and Azure OpenAI
• Experience developing custom connectors

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical development skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.

Nationwide: $110,000 - $165,000 base salary

Delaware, Seattle, Los Angeles, Orange County, Houston, Chicago: $130,000 - $185,000 base salary

New York City, New Jersey, Boston, Washington D.C., San Francisco: $140,000 - $195,000 base salary, In addition to base pay, direct-hire employees may be eligible for client offered benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and paid leave where required by applicable law. Eligibility may vary based on factors such as location and hire date and is subject to change.
