Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience in COBOL programming for batch and online applications.
Experience with JCL (Job Control Language) and the IBM z/OS mainframe environment.
Hands-on experience with CICS for online transaction processing.
Strong knowledge of VSAM file handling and DB2 database development.
Experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
Ability to analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and application deployment.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including production support and root cause analysis.
Experience with application performance tuning, release management, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
