  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie mit Verantwortung fĂźr alle operativen IT-Bereiche
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische FĂźhrung sowie Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen IT-Betriebs (Infrastruktur, Anwendungen, IT-Security)
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsvorhaben
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur und aktive Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Auswahl, Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Partner mit Entscheidungskompetenz im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Strukturen, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Applikationslandschaften sowie IT-Security
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit pragmatischem Handeln und sicherem Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Motivation von Teams und Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
