Job description

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack App Developer to take full ownership of the MOBROG application. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our mobile platform, while continuously shipping high-impact features that directly drive business growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in building polished, scalable products., * Own the end-to-end development of the MOBROG mobile app, from front-end implementation to backend architecture

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, with a strong focus on Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage)
Write and optimize SQL queries and manage structured data layers
Architect and implement push notification systems (FCM and equivalent services) for user engagement and retention
Develop supporting web interfaces and internal tooling using JavaScript and modern web frameworks
Identify and deliver new app features with measurable business impact - from scoping to production
Monitor app performance, crash reporting, and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Ensure app security, data integrity, and compliance with platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Proficiency in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile development

Strong knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Hosting, FCM)
Solid SQL skills and experience with relational database design
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
JavaScript proficiency for web and backend scripting
Familiarity with push notification infrastructure and delivery systems
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of mobile app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, make smart architectural decisions independently, and deliver results with a high bar for quality. You think like a product owner, ship like an engineer, and always have the end user in mind.
