Full-Stack Software Developer - JavaScript, C#, .Net

A Full-Stack Software Developer is required to join a growing technology team delivering innovative solutions that are transforming the way health and administrative services operate. This is a permanent position based in Essex, offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, designing and building scalable applications, integrations and systems from the ground up. Working across the full stack, you will help solve complex business challenges, modernise existing platforms and identify opportunities where technology can deliver meaningful operational improvements.

Strong full stack development experience, using JavaScript, C#, .Net? Experience building web UIs using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Astro or Svelte? Experience designing and building REST APIs? Server-side development experience (Python, Node.js etc)? Strong SQL skills and data modelling? Experience working with cloud infrastructure, e.g. Azure or AWS? Desirable Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills across Business and Technology?
