BI Data Engineer/Qlik Developer

We are seeking an experienced BI Data Engineer/Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Qlik Sense dashboard development, data modeling, ETL scripting, and SQL, with working knowledge of Databricks for data integration and analytics., Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Qlik Sense.

• Develop and optimize Qlik Sense data models, load scripts, and data transformation processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including relational databases, APIs, and Databricks.
• Develop complex KPIs, calculated measures, expressions, and business analytics solutions.
• Optimize Qlik Sense application performance, data reload processes, and dashboard responsiveness.
• Implement data security, Section Access, and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancements of Qlik Sense applications.

3+ years of hands-on experience developing Qlik Sense applications and dashboards.

• Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense scripting, Set Analysis, data modeling, and visualization development.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data quality management.
• Understanding of dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience with Qlik Sense Enterprise, QMC, and application publishing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments., Working knowledge of Databricks in AWS, Delta Lake, PySpark, or Python.
• Experience connecting Qlik Sense to Databricks SQL Warehouses and cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with databricks Data Lake Storage.
• Experience with Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Qlik Sense certification or relevant BI certifications.
