Job description
Develops and maintains geospatial data and produces maps, dashboards, reports, and analysis to support infrastructure planning, broadband initiatives, community development, and organizational programs. The role includes GIS application support, GPS-enabled field data collection, and collaboration with internal teams and community partners. Primarily remote, with field work and travel across the service area., * Manage, validate, maintain, and improve GIS datasets and data-quality standards.
- Create maps, dashboards, visualizations, reports, and other geospatial products.
- Conduct spatial analysis, data queries, calculations, and research.
- Collect field data using GPS-enabled devices and GIS tools.
- Plan and coordinate GIS projects from data collection through delivery.
- Provide GIS technical guidance and support to staff and external partners.
