GIS Analyst

Develops and maintains geospatial data, performs spatial analysis, creates maps and data products, and supports field data collection and GIS applications. The role supports infrastructure planning, broadband initiatives, community assessments, and decision-making in collaboration with internal teams, utilities, local governments, and rural communities. Primarily remote, with approximately 20% field work and travel across the service area., * Manage, validate, maintain, and improve GIS datasets and data-quality standards.

• Create maps, dashboards, visualizations, reports, and other geospatial products.
• Conduct spatial analysis, data queries, calculations, and research.
• Collect field data using GPS-enabled devices and GIS tools.
• Plan and coordinate GIS projects from data collection through delivery.
• Provide GIS technical guidance and recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
