Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist / AIML Engineer in IQVIA’s Healthcare Data Science team, you will build ML solutions on large-scale medical data to support disease detection and patient outcome prediction.You’ll translate client needs into production analytics and work with engineering and product to scale successful approaches.You’ll contribute to AI/ML enablement proofs of concept that extend offerings for healthcare and pharma clients.This is a collaborative, impact-focused role at the center of real-world evidence and lifecycle analytics.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Develop ML solutions on large-scale medical data for disease detection and outcome prediction * Translate client requirements into production analytics (patient identification and HCP targeting) * Prototype and validate new methodologies on live client delivery * Partner with engineering and product to productionize and scale successful approaches * Contribute to AI/ML enablement proofs of concept for healthcare and pharma clients Responsabilidades * 4-8 years of relevantexperience in Data Science / Machine Learning * Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences * Experience developing machine learning algorithms and predictive models * Strong knowledge of statistics and supervised ML methods (e.g., regression, XGBoost, SVM) * Strong Python skills (including OOP) for ML and ETL pipelines * Experience with large healthcare datasets (Claims, EMR, consumer data) * Experience with Git and software development best practices * Experience mentoring junior team members * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams Requisitos principales *
