Experteer Overview In this role you lead a team delivering AI solutions to Life Science clients, building capabilities to design, develop and deploy AI agents across cloud platforms.You act as a thought leader in AI/AGI, shaping IQVIA’s market presence while coaching team members to grow in Life Science and AI.You will drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic AI initiatives that advance patient outcomes and healthcare insights.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead a group of resources to build and deliver AI solutions for Life Science clients * Develop the team’s capability to design, develop and deploy AI agents on platforms like AWS and Azure * Act as a thought leader in AI/AGI to promote IQVIA brand in the market * Manage people, coaching team members to advance their skills in Life Science and AI Responsabilidades * Graduated degree or higher in data science domain or related field (Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or 2-5 years of data scientist experience in commercial setting * Deep knowledge of mainstream LLMs (GPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen) * Experience in AI Transformation Consulting or AI roadmap design for Life Science industry * Strong desire to apply new and existing technologies to challenging Life Science problems * Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to present to non-experts and contribute to proposals Requisitos principales * hybrid work model
