Technical Project Manager (Data Integration & Interoperability)

Seeking to hire a Sr. Technical Project Manager for the successful planning, execution, management, and delivery of complex technology initiatives focused on data integration and system interoperability. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure business objectives are translated into deliverable technology solutions.

The Project Manager will lead an initiative that supports the implementation of scalable integration and data exchange solutions. These initiatives will involve coordinating the movement of data between multiple internal and external systems, managing system interoperability requirements, and ensuring the secure flow of sensitive customer information across the technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience leading large-scale projects involving data transfers, system-to-system integrations, data transformations, data exchanges, and enterprise application interoperability. The Project Manager will oversee the complete project lifecycle, driving cross-functional collaboration while ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements., Leading the delivery of projects involving enterprise data integrations, ETL processes, file-based data exchanges, and system to system communications. Coordinating cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Driving project execution from high level design through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, regulatory obligations, and delivery timelines. Facilitating project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive status reporting. Managing dependencies across multiple applications, platforms, and external partners involved in data exchange and integration activities. Ensuring data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all phases of project delivery. Leading implementation activities associated with customer data movement, consent synchronization, privacy automation, data ingestion, outbound integrations, and enterprise data-sharing solutions.

7+ years of experience Project Management in technology, data, or digital platform environments that enable large-scale enterprise applications and data platforms. Must have experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects using structured project management methodologies Experience with Enterprise system integrations and interoperability of data between systems Experience with Data exchange and data transfer implementations across multiple platforms. Experience with ETL, data migration, and/or data transformation projects. Managed projects directly associated to data management initiatives. Delivery of technology solutions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with varying management methodologies: Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall Strong working knowledge and use of JIRA on projects Experience with project tracking & reporting tools: MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar
