Requirements
We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:
- C# and .NET/.NET Core
- WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
- Enterprise-scale application design and development
- MongoDB
- REST APIs and integration patterns
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Application modernization and technical debt reduction
- Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring
Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.
The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.
