Teamcenter Solution Architect (PLM)

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to join our client’s team and provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions., * Design and architect scalable Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements.

• Lead Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, and integration initiatives.
• Define overall solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Analyze existing Teamcenter environments and recommend improvements and modernization strategies.
• Develop and review Teamcenter customization and integration solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, product development, and IT.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the complete SDLC, from requirements and design through deployment and support.
• Design integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and other PLM-related systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Mentor developers and technical team members on Teamcenter architecture and development best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter architecture, PLM implementations, integrations, customization, and solution design. This role requires someone who can work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and effective Teamcenter solutions., * Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter / Teamcenter PLM.

• Proven experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model, workflows, BMIDE, and customization.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
• Experience working with CAD/PLM environments and product lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes such as product data management, change management, configuration management, and BOM management.
• Experience with Teamcenter development technologies and APIs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills., * Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP/MES systems.
• Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid PLM environments.
• Experience leading large-scale PLM transformation or implementation programs.
