Intermediate Architect

• Involvement in multiple projects at all project phases.
• Develop aspects of schematic and design development documents and manage coordination with project consultants.
• Produce construction documentation sets and details in AutoCAD.
• Produce 3D images using AutoCAD and Rhino, of exteriors and interiors.
• Site surveying.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Site visits during construction.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time professional experience from a NYC or NJ architecture firm.
• BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
• Ability to work independently on all design phases.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to multi-family is a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code is a plus. NJ Code.
• Experience in Interior Design is a plus.
• Experience with facade design and CD’s is a plus.
• Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
