NET Developer - III

Join a dynamic Verizon team as a .NET Developer - III and play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and mitigating churn through advanced analytics and intelligent automation. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity in a hybrid work setting, with flexibility across multiple locations including Colorado Springs, CO and other major Verizon hubs. You’ll lead the charge in architecting and optimizing data-driven solutions to maximize customer lifetime value, working alongside top data scientists and business partners., Design, develop, and implement advanced .NET solutions to address complex attrition and retention challenges.

• Build and maintain intelligent, automated workflows and agentic logic for proactive churn mitigation.
• Architect robust semantic layers and interactive dashboards using LookML or similar tools to visualize customer lifecycles, retention metrics, and cohort behaviors.
• Analyze large-scale customer data sets to uncover retention drivers and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate technical analytics and risk assessments to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Educate peers and business partners on analytic findings and data-driven retention strategies.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to predict churn risk and optimize customer engagement.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

• 5+ years in VCG retail data domains focused on customer behavior, retention, and churn.
• Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization around customer lifecycles and attrition trends.
• Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML) or similar visual analytics tools.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, risk scoring, and customer lifetime value analysis.
• Expert in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for data pipeline extraction and churn modeling.
• Skilled in machine learning algorithms and tools for predictive churn analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Research.
• Direct experience with agentic development using AGK or similar AI frameworks.
• Proven ability to architect and scale semantic layers with LookML for enterprise-wide analytics.
• Deep understanding of retail channel metrics and customer retention dynamics.
• Mastery of dashboard design principles and visual science for customer journey tracking.
• Experience with survival analysis, logistic regression, and time-to-event modeling.
