Requirements
We are looking for a Junior CRM Business Analyst with 2 4 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and business analysis to support national business development initiatives., * 2 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or CRM Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Sales Pipelines.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
