Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to lead a software development team responsible for building and maintaining internal platforms for crane dispatch, asset management, field service, pricing, and enterprise integrations., Lead developers, manage Agile sprints, and ensure timely delivery. Develop, review, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and Angular. Manage Azure-hosted applications, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production releases. Build and maintain REST API integrations with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems. Use AI-assisted development tools and establish standards for reviewing and testing AI-generated code. Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. Improve code quality, automated testing, application reliability, and release processes.

8+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of technical team leadership experience. 5+ years of hands-on C#/.NET experience. Strong Angular experience and familiarity with React. Production experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Agile/Scrum. Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor. Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Azure Logic Apps and REST API integrations. Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Python and Agile certifications. Experience with field service, dispatch, equipment rental, or operational software.
