Job description

Our client is looking Senior Apigee Developer for Long term project in Louisville, Kentucky below is the detailed requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 8+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in API proxy development OR API lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience with Apigee policies, shared flows, flow hooks, and custom JavaScript policies.
  • Knowledge of API authentication, authorization, and security standards.
  • Knowledge with OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and TLS/mTLS.
  • Experience with API integrations, backend connectivity, and error handling.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, or other CI/CD tools.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
