Requirements

Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, or transferable experience with other enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Practical experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-based application development, and enterprise integrations.
Experience building automation solutions, custom pipelines, and integration workflows.
Proficiency with GitHub, source control, CI/CD, and modern engineering best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and production support skills.
Experience with solution design, technical decision-making, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and delegate technical tasks without direct people-management responsibilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and competing priorities.
