Junior Database Developer

We are seeking a Junior Database Developer to support database development, reporting, data management, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, VBA, and HTML, along with the ability to collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts., * Develop, maintain, and support database applications and reporting solutions.

• Use Microsoft Access, SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, VBA, and HTML to support data systems.
• Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to design and develop reporting databases.
• Perform database cleanup, data validation, and data-quality improvement activities.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and technical documentation.
• Prepare weekly deliverable plans and supporting reports.
• Lead initial 30-day T2Q cleanup, reporting, and database design activities.
• Assist with database organization, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure reporting deliverables meet operational requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Five-plus years of experience with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, SQL, VBA, and HTML.
• Experience developing reporting databases in collaboration with analysts and subject matter experts.
• Ability to create data dictionaries and weekly deliverable plans.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Active Secret security clearance is required on the first day of work.
