Technical Product / Program Manager

• Lead product and program management initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, PRDs, and BRDs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to support CRM functionality, business processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product / Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage business requirements, and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce CRM expertise, Agile product/program management experience, and proficiency in stakeholder management, documentation, and project delivery., 1. Salesforce CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and associated business processes.

1. Business Requirements Management: Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
2. Agile Product/Program Management: Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, user stories, and cross-functional leadership.
3. Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Business Systems, or a related field.
4. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., * Experience in AdTech, MarTech, CRM, or customer engagement platforms. * Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS). * Experience supporting advertising, campaign management, media, or audience platforms. * Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities. * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools. * Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
