NET Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in AI Agent Frameworks and Agentic AI solutions to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API development, and SQL databases, along with practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development frameworks., * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and AI Agentic frameworks to improve development efficiency, code quality, and productivity.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions using relevant AI agent frameworks and technologies.
• Analyze cross-functional business requirements and translate high-level requirements into detailed technical and techno-functional specifications.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain database integrations using SQL Server or Sybase.
• Work with NoSQL databases and related technologies, including MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Redis.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated development workflows.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Support the development and integration of AI-powered voice and chat agents, including call center and IVR applications.
• Understand and evaluate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities, including AI agent evaluation methodologies (Agentic AI Evals).
• Apply Spec-Driven Development practices and relevant Microsoft Agent Framework capabilities where applicable.
• Collaborate with front-end teams and contribute to Angular-based applications as needed.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise development standards.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in .NET technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience developing RESTful services, Web APIs, and enterprise web applications.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or Sybase databases.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding and AI Agentic development frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Redis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into technical implementation plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Understanding of AI agent evaluation frameworks, testing, and performance assessment.
• Experience with voice-based AI agents, chatbots, call center applications, and IVR systems.
• Familiarity with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience with Carelon SCS applications and related business processes.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and customer service workflows.
