Requirements
- 10 or more years of Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET core, and Web API development
- Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Git version control
- Experience with AI Assisted coding using GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
- Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, Agentic AI solutions, Spec Driven Development is a plus.
- Awareness in Angular is a plus
*Experience with Analyzing cross functional requirements *Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications *Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture *Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities *Understanding of Agentic AI Evals *Experience Carelon SCS Applications and business processes is preferred. *Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred Years of Experience: 10+Years of Experience
