Experteer Overview As a Delivery Consultant in AWS ProServe, you guide customers through designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions that align with business goals.You’ll drive success on large-scale migration programs, leveraging AWS expertise to shape strategies and wave plans across geographies and regulatory contexts.You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution viability, risk management, and adherence to well-architected principles.This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise cloud journeys and deliver measurable outcomes for diverse clients.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own Portfolio Assessment for large app estates (1,000+ servers) and score apps across multiple dimensions * Apply migration decision tree to assign R-strategies and document rationale in Architecture Decision Records * Build and maintain dependency maps from tooling outputs and owner interviews * Design wave plans grouping applications by dependency, capacity, and regulatory constraints * Run Tech Bridge sessions with application owners to validate dispositions * Feed wave planning into AWS Transform for factory readiness * Identify and escalate risks to wave timelines and drive mitigations * Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Replatform teams to address cross-cutting dependencies Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience * 3+ years IT infrastructure implementation experience (network, compute, storage, virtualization) * Hands-on experience with enterprise/hybrid networks (routing, BGP, segmentation, firewall, load balancing, DNS) * Experience connecting on-prem and cloud environments (Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway) * Infrastructure automation/scripting experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, PowerShell) * Linux and Windows systems administration in cloud/virtualized environments * Fluent English (written and spoken) Requisitos principales * travel up to 50% * mentorship and career growth * flexible work culture * inclusive team culture * diverse experiences encouraged * global scope of work
