Guide technical reviews throughout construction: Review IT construction submittals, test reports, change orders, and record documents to support compliant infrastructure and installations. Connect technical and mission stakeholders: Coordinate with the Wright-Patterson AFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC, and Intelligence Community mission partners to align requirements and resolve technical issues. Integrate complex technology systems: Advise on data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud integration, and related enterprise technologies to support a cohesive, resilient architecture. Support project quality and accountability: Participate in IT reviews on schedule and provide accurate, actionable recommendations that support compliance and successful project execution.

Requirements

Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance. Demonstrated leadership managing complex IT projects, including team direction, budgeting, and resource allocation. Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large-scale intelligence facility.
