Requirements
Working for a rapidly emerging player in the AI marketplace you will be highly experienced in the following key skills:
- Proven UX/UI craft on shipped products, with a portfolio spanning complex, data-rich web applications, ideally enterprise or B2B SaaS.
- Real design system experience: components, tokens, documentation, governance, and driving adoption across a team.
- Accessibility depth, working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, and the ability to design for it, audit against it, and teach it.
- A reviewer’s mindset: comfortable holding the standard and giving engineers clear, actionable feedback without slowing delivery.
- Expert fluency in Figma or equivalent, and comfort working hand-in-hand with component-based Front End development.
- Nice to have: design experience with AI or LLM-powered products, Front End literacy, or broader brand and motion range.
