Only W2- Automotive Python Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Automotive ECU Validation, HIL Testing, and Test Automation Framework Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for Electronic Control Units (ECUs), vehicle systems, and connected automotive platforms.

The engineer will collaborate closely with validation engineers, embedded software developers, systems engineers, and integration teams to improve test coverage, accelerate regression execution, and ensure software quality across vehicle programs., Test Automation Development

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Python for ECU and vehicle-level testing.
• Develop automated test scripts for:
• Functional validation
• Regression testing
• Integration testing
• End-to-end testing
• Create reusable Python libraries, utilities, and automation components.
• Experience with Pytest and Robot framework
• CAN BUS Knowledge and CAN Tool Experience
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate Python automation suites into Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Generate automated test reports and dashboards.
• Perform root-cause analysis of failed tests and software defects.
• Support issue tracking using Jira and ALM tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 4+ years of Python automation experience
• 3+ years of automotive validation experience
