Senior Test Engineer - Remote

This role involves leading testing efforts for complex systems and ensuring the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in System Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Performance Testing., * Lead and execute SAT, SIT, and Performance Testing for software applications.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify and document defects and issues, and track them to resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior testers.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAT, SIT, and Performance Testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (TLC).
