Requirements
- enterprise application experience, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, security roles, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience leading distributed development teams and delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
Government, healthcare, licensing, regulatory-system, and WCAG accessibility experience is preferred. Microsoft PL-400 or PL-600 certification is desirable.
