Requirements

10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Data Integration architecture
Strong architecture experience with AWS and familiarity with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS technologies and architecting enterprise solutions that integrate Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and related platforms.
Experience designing AI orchestration frameworks, workflow engines, routing platforms, stateful integrations, messaging, or event-processing solutions.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, Voice Agents, tool-using agents, and multi-agent architectures.
Deep knowledge of APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, identity protocols, canonical data models, security, observability, resiliency, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to translate business objectives and functional requirements into scalable technical architecture and actionable implementation roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management, architecture documentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
