• Python, We are a global consultancy actively seeking a Python Developer to join our team for an exciting, long-term project in the financial services sector. This role is based in Sheffield with a hybrid working model, offering an in-scope day-rate that is dependent on relevant experience. The initial contract is for 9 months with potential extensions, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a regulated environment.

• Strong Python Development experience, ideally within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
• Good experience with FastAPI.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong experience building and integrating APIs for database management and automated workflows.
• Good Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• MUST BE able to commute into the Sheffield office 2-3 times per week.
