In this role, you will lead the implementation of innovative Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.You will provide hands-on technical leadership across complex TPM engagements, while also supervising and developing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving alignment between business, functional, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud- TPM solutionsTranslate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designsLead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systemsOversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standardsDesign integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systemsOptimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloadsProvide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data CloudAnalyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-makingMentor team members to enhance their skills and performanceConfirm adherence to project timelines and quality standardsWork with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancementImplement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service deliveryWhat You Must HaveBachelor’s DegreeAt least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud- TPM implementation experience (solution+ technical design)What Sets You ApartSalesforce certifications preferredDemonstrating hands-on Salesforce TPM implementation experienceLeading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholdersArticulating scalability and integration trade-offsManaging complex Salesforce TPM engagementsPossessing a functional understanding of TPM workstreamsDriving alignment between business and technical teamsHandling large data volumes and batch jobsExposure to AI-driven use cases within SalesforceTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
