W2: Sr. Full Stack Java Developer

It is a full-stack software engineering role that combines modern web development, back-end services, database integration, and some AI application development. • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Develop and optimize backend services leveraging Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
• Design and manage data solutions utilizing MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases. Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into applications to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong experience building enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
