ServiceNow Technical Product Owner - SPM

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, portfolio leaders, PMO, Finance, architects, and development teams to translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities and deliver enterprise portfolio management solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own and manage the ServiceNow SPM product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Define product priorities, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, Portfolio Managers, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Lead product planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

ServiceNow SPM Functional Expertise

• Drive implementation, optimization, and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities, including:

• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Program and Portfolio Management
• Resource Management and Forecasting
• Financial Planning and Investment Funding
• Strategic Planning and Roadmap Planning
• Agile Development
• Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Strategic Planning Workspace
• Improve demand intake, portfolio governance, project lifecycle management, resource allocation, financial tracking, and investment planning processes.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to ensure effective platform configuration and delivery.

Agile Product Management

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Develop and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes.
• Track delivery progress, product adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Program Management

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple business units and global stakeholders.
• Present product roadmaps, release plans, progress updates, and adoption metrics to executive leadership.
• Lead or support enterprise portfolio transformation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Product Owner (TPO) with mandatory ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience to drive product strategy, roadmap development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow SPM platform., * 12+ years of overall IT experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, and Roadmap Planning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, PI Planning, and product backlog management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise portfolio management, PMO processes, financial governance, and resource forecasting.
• Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership, Finance, PMO, business stakeholders, and distributed global teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SPM in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with product operating models, portfolio governance frameworks, and OKR management.
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into technical requirements and platform capabilities.
